Welcome to Vision Bird Academy LMS, Skul Mangi is an innovative product of Vision Bird Investments Ltd (VBIL). This is an online school to complement the existing education system in Papua New Guinea and the Blue Pacific . As the name suggest, we wish to instill continuous learning spirit and make them a student so they learn are empowered to make a positive contribution to their community. We aspire to also give value to every student that crosses our path at Skul Mangi, with Entrepreneurial skill set. We believe, education is the only way to address a lot of issues exists in our communities. We want to make education accessible to as many people as much as possible. Our hearts goes to those in remote parts of the country and if this can reach you, we are happy you can be reached, make this opportunity count.

Our programs includes:
1) Smart Kids - This is for children under 5 years of age. An early childhood development program.
2) Flexible and Open Education (FODE) path way for school leavers from grades 8-12.
3) Tertiary Education Affiliate program- This is a partnership arrangements with existing tertiary education institution we partner with to give an opportunity to those who could not have access to such opportunity to further their education.
4) Competency Based Training - This is our focus area to provide skill sets and competencies required to improve productivity in a workplace.

Once you purchase our program, we will enroll you in our online Learning Management System (LMS), SkulMangi when you have access to learning resources including trainers. The training will take will contact and take you onboard.
